Appeal to the International Defense Cooperation Directorate of the Israel Ministry of Defense

Dear Colleagues,
I represent the Israeli public organization Citizens Council for Strengthening the Foundation of Democracy (R.A.), registration number 580773307. Our organization has decided to apply for a license from the Israeli Ministry of Defense to conduct negotiations regarding the procurement of Israeli-made weaponry.
Our goal is to act as a third party in the transaction, ensuring, on a public basis, the accuracy and fairness of the pricing policy of the Ukrainian enterprise responsible for procuring the specified weaponry.
Based on our objectives, we kindly request clarification on the following:
Are there any restrictions imposed by the Israeli government on the sale of Israeli-made weaponry to Ukraine? If so, which legislative acts define such restrictions or prohibitions?
What are the conditions for obtaining a managerial license from the Israeli Ministry of Defense for an Israeli public organization?
